Conditioning for Better Results

Our Strength and Flexibility Class is free if your student is enrolled in our Top-Flight Tumble Academy, private tumbling lessons, or All-Star Cheer.  This class consists of approx. 20 min full-body workout (gymnastics curriculum) followed by a 5 min water/bathroom break, then 30mins of flexibility training.  This program will help your student get to the next level faster!
