Top-Flight Athletics is happy to offer group fitness classes for adults. The most difficult part of any workout regiment is knowing "what to do" to get fit. Leave that to us!
We have your weekly workouts preplanned so you can just show up and get to work. Have your own professional certified personal trainer get you into the best shape of your life! We offer group lessons and private lessons for personal training.
Our CLASS Packages
The boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, Glides, kettle bells) and stretching. The coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same.
Stretching can provide benefits in terms of increasing range of motion and mobility. A stretching class that focuses on using prolonged breathing to deepen your stretching practice. In each class you will get a total body stretch with a few select poses that are held longer for added relaxation. This allows your mind to entirely focus on each movement and explore both the weaknesses and strengths of your body.
Private Fitness Training
Our Personal Trainer guides you step by step throughout the whole routine that is customized to your personal needs and goals. Our trainers are passionate about health and fitness, and through their work inspire and encourage others to develop healthy habits and routines through the safe delivery of effective programs, instruction, motivation and education.
