WOMEN'S BOOT CAMP

RISE UP. BE STRONG. GET FIT. 

Top-Flight Athletics is happy to offer Ladies Rise Up + Be Strong boot camp for adults. This class is guided by an instructor and open to all skill levels. Members also gain access to the bootcamp facebook page with motivation, accountability, nutrition tips and more! 

The boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, Glides, kettle bells) and stretching. The coach varies the exercises and format for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same.

Price: $55 per month

Class Length: 1 hour –  3x/week

Class available August-May.

Classes begin again August 12th, 2024! 

"As the Top Flight women’s bootcamp instructor, I lead group exercise classes that combine various elements of cardiovascular training, strength training, and flexibility exercises. My bootcamps are designed to provide a full-body workout for all fitness levels. We meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:30-6:30 AM. It is truly the greatest way to start your morning! Plus we have an amazing bootcamp family.  We are always inviting more women to join us!"
